Scope and responsibility
Elevoire Dev is a workspace for independent developers to organize projects, clients, tasks, notes, reminders, files, and manually entered financial records. Elevoire is responsible for the account and service information described here.
You decide what client and project information to add. When you enter personal information about a client or another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason and permission to do so.
Information we handle
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, email-verification status, and preferences.
- Workspace content: projects, clients, contact details, links, tasks, notes, reminders, budgets, and manual payment-status records.
- Files: documents and media you choose to upload, together with ownership and project-assignment metadata.
- Security and technical data: session information, authentication tokens, request information, and limited server logs used to operate and protect the service.
- Email-delivery data: recipient, delivery status, and related technical metadata when verification or password-reset emails are sent.
Elevoire Dev does not collect card or bank details, charge clients, transfer funds, hold money, or process payments. Budget and payment-status fields are manual records only.
How and why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the workspace features you request, store and retrieve your content, send essential account emails, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and maintain or improve reliability.
Where data-protection law applies, these activities are generally necessary to provide the service, protect legitimate security and operational interests, comply with law, or act on your consent where consent is required.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are kept while your account remains active. You can export your workspace and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your active profile, records, authentication tokens, and uploaded objects under the application’s control.
Short-lived verification and reset tokens expire automatically. Limited security logs and provider backups may remain temporarily according to operational backup, fraud-prevention, or legal-retention schedules before being overwritten or deleted.
Security
Elevoire Dev uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, private user-scoped records, CSRF protection, restricted database credentials, private file storage, session protections, and time-limited authentication tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect access to your email account.
Your choices and rights
You can update account information, export workspace data, or delete your account from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
Elevoire Dev is not intended for children under 18. Please do not create an account or submit children’s personal information if you are under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
