Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Elevoire Dev website and workspace.

01

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Elevoire Dev, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Elevoire Dev for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

02

What Elevoire Dev provides

Elevoire Dev provides organizational tools for developer projects, clients, links, tasks, notes, reminders, files, budgets, and manual payment-status records. Features may change as the product develops.

Elevoire Dev is not accounting, tax, legal, escrow, banking, invoicing, or payment-processing software. Information shown in the service is based on what users enter and should be checked against authoritative records.

03

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or prevent harm.

04

Your content and client information

You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Elevoire a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to store client contact details, project materials, and uploaded files. Do not upload content that violates confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

05

Acceptable use

You must not use Elevoire Dev to:

  • Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Upload malware, destructive code, unlawful material, or content designed to harm others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probe security, interfere with service operation, or evade usage controls.
  • Send spam, impersonate another person, or misrepresent payment records as proof of a transaction.
  • Resell or automate access in a way that materially burdens the service without written permission.
06

Manual financial records—no payment service

Important limitation

Elevoire Dev does not invoice, charge, collect, send, receive, hold, refund, or transfer money. It does not verify whether a payment occurred. Budget totals and payment statuses are private manual records maintained by the user.

You remain responsible for contracts, invoices, taxes, accounting records, payment collection, and compliance with financial obligations outside Elevoire Dev.

07

Third-party services

The service relies on hosting, database, storage, and email providers and may contain links to third-party websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Elevoire is not responsible for third-party websites or events outside its reasonable control.

08

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. You should keep independent copies of business-critical information.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

09

Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevoire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, user-entered records, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

10

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Elevoire Dev and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or security risks.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without removing any mandatory protections available to you in your place of residence. Disputes should first be raised with Elevoire so we can try to resolve them informally.
